Democratic presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (RFK Jr.) has admitted that he needs to be careful, warning that the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) could assassinate him.
He made this admission during an appearance on “The Joe Rogan Experience.” RFK Jr. told the controversial podcast host and mixed martial arts commentator that he is endangering himself by speaking out about the assassinations of former President John F. Kennedy (JFK) and former U.S. Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy Sr. – his uncle and father, respectively.
Thus, the Democratic candidate said he takes steps to ensure that he does not suffer the same fate at the hands of the CIA. He explained to Rogan: “I [got to] be careful. I’m aware of that danger. I don’t live in fear of it at all, but I’m not stupid about it and I take precautions.”
According to RFK Jr., his uncle had been “at war” with the military-industrial complex (MIC). The younger Kennedy also asserted that the intelligence agencies “were trying to trick” his uncle into launching military excursions into Cuba and Vietnam.
Ultimately, the founder and general counsel of Children’s Health Defense (CHD) recounted the former president’s conclusion that the CIA must be “shattered … into a thousand pieces [and] scattered to the winds.” The younger Kennedy explained the necessity of destroying the CIA – an apparatus of the Deep State – as its sole purpose is to perpetuate war, keep the MIC in power and consistently give it more control.
“[My uncle John] learned very early that the purpose of the CIA and the intelligence apparatus was to create a constant pipeline of new wars … for the MIC,” RFK Jr. told Rogan. “[He was adamant that] it’s not the U.S.’s job to dictate what kind of governments other countries [must] have.”
RFK Jr.’s uncle was assassinated by Lee Harvey Oswald in Dallas in November 1963. Almost five years later, his father was assassinated by Sirhan Sirhan in June 1968 at a Los Angeles hotel.
The Democratic presidential candidate recounted an exchange involving his uncle, the former U.S. president.
“In October of 1963, he heard that some of his Green Berets had been killed. He said, ‘I want a total casualty list from Vietnam,'” RFK Jr. shared to Rogan.
“His aide came to him and said, ’75 Americans have died.’ He said that was too many, and he signed that day a national security directive ordering all troops out of Vietnam. The first thousand over the next month, and then the rest by the beginning of 1965. And then a month later, he was killed.”
Back in December of last year, former Fox News anchor Tucker Carlson disclosed that the CIA was indeed involved in the assassination of JFK. He cited a source who had access to the still-classified CIA documents and was deeply familiar with their contents.
“The answer is yes. I believe they were involved. It’s a whole different country from what we thought it was,” the source said.
Carlson then remarked: “Yes, the CIA was involved in the assassination of [JFK]. It means that within the U.S. government, there are forces wholly beyond democratic control. They can do pretty much anything they want … even hide their complicity in the murder of an American president.” (Related: Robert Kennedy Jr. says murder of uncle JFK was coup d’etat as CIA involvement confirmed.)
In a now-deleted tweet, RFK Jr. responded to Carlson’s revelations with a bold statement. He wrote: “The most courageous newscast in 60 years. The CIA’s murder of my uncle was a successful coup d’etat from which our democracy has never recovered.”
